I have so much respect for Mr. Levert. He is a man, straight up. He raised two great men. Each and every time, I hear him talk about his sons, he is ever so transparent about his sons. My prayers are for him, his family, and healing over this tragic loss.

Eddie is a TOWER of POWER for sure. He talks the talk and walks the walk. May GOD continue to hold him in the palm of HIS hands.

Every interview I have ever seen Eddie do has always shown him to be a truly humble man. No pretences or showing off. When you think of his success and the fact that decades later, even the kids know his songs, he is an absolute one off. Lovely lovely man and a wonderful example of a true star in my books xx

I saw this unsung. I just cried because my mom loves the O'Jays. I was so in love with Gerald Levert. I still can't believe he's gone. I believe this was one of the best Unsung shows that I have watched. I'm glad he is please with it.

I used to work with Gerald and Sean. There is no showman like Big G! I stayed at the house that burned down not to long ago! Hey gave a small boy from VA a hell of opportunity! He took me every where even to a family reunion. That's how we carried it. Miss those dudes! Sean was my dude! We worked in the studio right much! Momma Martha, Lil Sean Big Joe, Joe Little, Lenard Brooks, Dark Blue, Mike, Reggie, Binky! Loves those cats! RIP, Love ya'll forever!

Eddie Levert has such a "happy spirit". Even in the middle of such a tragedy and with remembering it , he's still able to smile and laugh not for himself but for others. Not many can do that. That's a special person.

Yes he does. He seems like such a nice person and fun too. I loved him when he went to go sing with Darryl Hall. You could really tell what kind of person he is. I love the Ojay's. He better get well.

I share your pain Mr LeVert, I lost my baby sister and my older brother to drug overdoses as well, I lost my grandmother and my mother and my father, so there's nobody but me now, I have no one, but I listen to your music and remember the good times, I read my Bible and watch church on the impact network and the word network and pray, I cried when Mr Walter Williams passed I loved him so, I wish I could have married him, love you too, thank you for the legacy of music and your sacrifice of touring and getting up on that stage, God bless you, go on with your life, promise me you will live your life ! 1 of the most gracious men to his fans. when I met him I said I have loved youguys 4over 30 years. he looked at me.. when I say looked I mean looked. in a way that says you're the only person in the room. meanwhile there were hundreds. he then said "well baby I love your hair" w/the biggest grin on his face. it was so cool. you just know he's like that w/every 1 but he made me feel appreciated as a fan. thanks Eddie for your grace, tremendous talent, G Force (Gerald) & Warm Daddy (Sean).

@1966toronado7 жыл бұрын
Keith Witcher lol yea Karrine was supposed to be the go-to- girl when dudes would fall off they feet with jobs. i guess she had a good quality that was hidden for us. i knew Lela chilled out for awhile but since you said that i see why. i'm from Cincinnati, 5 hrs from Cleve. so yea we get the same kind of winters. it's like the North Pole sometimes, so i don't blame him at all. i saw that vid with Sean too. they had him on some type of drugs and tried to blame it on him, but i think they let the vid out to convince people that he was mentally unstable . that's that Hollywood trickery they play on the public. he was in there for child support and nothing else like you said
@1966toronado7 жыл бұрын
Keith Witcher man me and you would have been at it bout Lela lol. she was all mine in my mind ha
@1966toronado7 жыл бұрын
Keith Witcher man that was funny, never saw that video before with Epps. Eddie is the truth! but yea few of them movies i missed so i got to catch up. i got to go back and see Gang Related again cause i missed a couple parts. i don't remember seeing her in that lol. she was neck and neck with Halle Berry to me back then and maybe Vivica Fox lol. i be telling folks that Jamie Fox is an underrated actor. he ain't no joke when he want to put it on.
@1966toronado7 жыл бұрын
Keith Witcher yea i saw that Frankie Lymon movie with them lol. Lorenz be doing his thang too. he just make classics every time. Clifton Powell is off the chain. a real live character lol. TI is pretty good. i think his skills will develop real good. Colin is solid and they tried to make him a Tom Cruise type but his movies don't review as good as Tom's. Tom makes epic films. Collin's are good. he got the skill tho. i tell people Jamie is better than Will Smith but Will is the "Box Office King" no doubt ha
