O'Neal Element Boot Review

This is a rider's review. I rode the boot for over 7K miles over 10 months and here are my thoughts and opinions on the boot. If you're a dual sport, motocross rider or adventure motorcyclist and are looking to purchase this boot, please watch this!

Just bought these new element boots and was told they have replacement buckles and straps. Just got into dual sports and trail riding. Got a CRF300L also hear dirt gets into the crevices of the buckles and are hard to snap on, a little cleaning should help, but I head lots of good reviews, good bang for buck especially for me just getting in the game.

The old buckle problem. From internet searches, it would seem the more money spent is no guarantee of trouble free buckles. Any info on the topic is much appreciated.

For sure. At least some have replaceable buckles...

I have Element boot. I just put a bit of oil under the buckles about once every 2 or 3 rides. Problem solved. Yes, it's not ideal, but mine have lasted over 50 rides and almost 2 years.

How do you shift gears with these, I sent them back cuz of that

@@ZacharyUlrick ya I raised the shifter and it's better now but now have to lift my whole leg up to down shift lol I guess I'll keep practicing on it

@@ZacharyUlrick oh I ordered the alpinestars enduro, the toe box is smaller than full motocross boots but still bigger than work boots but I love these boots ,I think I could go hunting in them ha
