A song where Asha Bhosle did not sing a single word. This is the only song in her entire career where Asha Bhosle did not sing any lyrics. Instead, she simply gave an exquisite humming accompaniment. What an enchanting song. Beautiful lyrics, playful tune lightly orchestrated music, soft but swift bongo, sensitive singing by Asha and Kishore and, above all, perfect chemistry between Nutan and Dev. Both look so charming. Everything that’s lacking in the songs of today. No one understood Dev Anand more than SD Burman did.
