I have batch 17 of the peppers and it’s one of my favorite bourbons ever it’s so good for the price

It really is. Have you tried any other batches to compare 17 to? Certainly would prefer it stay that sweet goodness that it is

@ no I haven’t this is my first bottle of it and I was blown away. I will def pick up another when it’s gone. I need to open some others too that I have been saving!

On the pepper - I had batch 53 or so. It was good. Got better as it opened up. It was not as impressive as KZbin led me to believe. Have heard a lot of the newer batches aren't as good as the older ones. Glad to hear a vote against the decline. GR - I really like how subtle Green River products are. The old full proof was nice. Looking forward to trying the new bottle as your notes are more up my alley. Not a huge rye spice fan.

I had heard pepper was getting worse as well so was pretty nervous since batch 20 was fantastic. Maybe the round number batches are where it’s at haha
