and BSB hardly ever had a day off when they traveled overseas for years before making big in the USA. O Town didn't get it then. I get it they are tired but BSB didn't have a day off for years.

I used to think that way. But what happens when all 5 of them get sick or damage their vocal cords. They need proper sleep/health and rehearsal time for good performances, as said by the professionals in Season 1. They are running a marathon everyday but on fumes, and being on buses/planes is also exhausting on top of it. Even Justin Bieber got 1 full day off every week.
