ahh i do have a question about the very last example if thats okay. sorry i got a bit confused. 飞机飞得很高 is an example of no object, not with an object, right? because the 飞机 is the subject? so subject 飞机 + verb 飞 + complement 得很高?

yes very good! 👍 It'll be even better if you say "飞机飞得很高" because this sentence is not talking about an ongoing action happening at a present point in time.
