After 130000 mine was a bear to get out, lots of PB blaster , some heat, tried from the top with a 02socket. Ended up using 22 mm closed end from the bottom, couple of hits and broke loose at last. Passenger side looks like it'll be real fun!!

Not really, just the engine light

Is it really that easy? Screw it out and unplug the sensor and screw the new one in and plug it in?

On most F150's, no. That's the short answer. The video shows a 2wd truck that appears to have never seen the rust belt. 4wd models will have the front drive shaft running under and inline of the perfect/easy area to get a wrench onto the sensor. Not only the driveshaft but there is also a heat shield.

Clean your mas flow sencers too after changing those oxygen sensors better off changing all 4 02 sencers at same time I know I have same 3.5 truck but mass flow are important after it also sends air threw motor 02 are hard get at just did mine month ago mass flow are easy just ckean them with mass flow cleaner you have three of them all on top of motor
