i was told i would get my apple i phone 7 jet black the next day as the one i chose to go for was in stock and was told by my call agent called Alex that if i order it before a certain time it would be with me before 2pm the next day. This was on the 28th of September. No updates from O2 but each time i call its the same answer that there is a 6 weeks waiting time and if i would like to cancel my order. I just want an update as the website for the updates does not get updated lol. So after doing what i was informed to do... ordered the phone, waited next, phone is not here. Just asking for an update as to know when are they having some delivered to O2.
