Oak Mountain High School Band - The 2016 Marching Competition Awards

The OMHS Band had a great marching competition season in 2016 as this video shows. All the hard work starting on May 9, 2016 with the start of Rookie Camp culminated on October 1, 2016 at the Lake Martin Invitational in Alexander City, Alabama. All of us associated with the band could not be prouder of all the students and staff who who put this show on the field. It was a special season with a special group of people. Featured in this video are tracks from the Pirates of the Caribbean Series, "He's a Pirate" and "Jack Sparrow".

Get awards... then announcer said they r grand Champs and then they ran back... worst timing ever

All this cheering is annoying when they win. Our drum majors and every other school I've seen just does there salute and accepts the award.
