I'm still waiting for someone to ask her what took her so long to make a public statement after the FBI raid and the Juneteenth shootings. More than four days she was completely MIA. That's really abnormal for an elected public official--the leader of a city--to just vaporize like that. We expect our mayors to be MORE visible--not less--during any crisis.

Just like SF's mayor. SF is doing great🌹. Meanwhile the city is imploding, substantial businesses are leaving and the homeless population is increasing. YAY, for SF!!🥳 There has to be at least one mayor in the BA that is competent and doing a good job, despite problems, budget problems and struggles. At least one! We need to hear about him/her or them if more than one mayor is succeeding. We need examples of what a good and competent mayor handles problems.

It's never a good sign when a lawyer quits in the early stages of representation because their client surprises them with speaking out or other bad decisions. I hope she keeps talking because she's just makes herself look even more incompetent and more and more suspicious as to why the FBI raided her house. It's obviously not "politically motivated" because they have better things to do. Can't wait until she is recalled. She's turning Oakland into SF 2.0.
