Pretty much everything it turned out! I genuinely thought 'it's Parkrun, the trail won't be like the Winter League'.

I love this one, definitely a tough course. Not sure it ever dries up fully even through summer haha. Well done, you remained upright and got a good time

You say upright, but I went down briefly at the zig zag path section trying to overtake someone... I'm sure it is a good course, I just wasn't prepared for a winter league style event in my road shoes! I will go back it though - I'm guaranteed a PB next time!
