Just ordered one. I bought one of their benches after you reviewed it. Looking forward to spinning some brushes up.

Great review on this table. I have been thinking of buying one and you might have sealed the deal!! Have you ever used Bonnie Braid?
@McFlyAngler2 жыл бұрын
Glad it helped, yeah I will say if you use brushes often then a brush table is one of the best things to have. And by Bonnie braid are you talking about the flat yarn kinda stuff? You can get in craft stores? No I haven’t. I have used some yarns for a few flies. Not heard of that stuff yet though until you mentioned it. What do you use it for?
@jbpipes95512 жыл бұрын
@@McFlyAngler Search KZbin for tutorials on Bonnie Braid, an imitation EP Fiber. It is made by the Pepperell Braiding Company. 6 mm braid contains 16 woven bundles. Separate the bundles in groups of eight. Wrap one end around fingers in one hand and use your wire tooth pet brush to brush out the individual strands. Secure the bundle with a zip tie. A 45 meter roll will last a lifetime. Many color options are available. I make dubbing brushes with this stuff. Angelina fibers (ebay) come in a variety of pearl and metalic colors that add flash to BB brushes.

Is the smaller table made by Oasis?
@McFlyAngler Жыл бұрын
Oh I don’t remember this video since it was so long ago. Did I show the cyclone table thing? If so then no that small one is not by them, some other company. It’s not too good. This new bench from oasis is amazing

I just wish they had released this wonderful product a month earlier and I would have gladly went for this over the overpriced Wapsi option. It works, but this is incredible and exactly what I need for my commercial streamers.
@McFlyAngler3 жыл бұрын
Oh man, yeah it’s a good one. See if you can return the Wapsi one
@myflyoutdooradventures84143 жыл бұрын
@@McFlyAngler I think that would honestly be for the best. I get one fly (half for each hook on my articulated streamers) and that's fine and all, but the amount of brushes I have to individually make is a huge time eater. So one way or the other, I need to go with the Oasis.
