Ryan Fernando it wasn't even, it was originally a throw away B-side. Just watched an interview where Noel said he was asked for a B-side track so went and wrote this. Few months ago i was miserable, i was sad all the time coz i always had doubts in mind it was a very low point. But then as i was binging oasis i came across thsi song. Throughout the next weeks, i listened to this over and over, it was almost like a person i could rely on when im feeling down. Now im feeling better and i come across this song. I know some of it on guitar so as i listened to it i began playing to it. Suddenly as i was playing the chorus i cried, i cried. I never cry to songs but i cried to this. It's better than almost all of their albums post first two records. It's actually in their top 10 songs of all time. It was just a bad decision to release it as B side. Also, half a world away, talk tonight and acquiesce are not worthy of being B sides. Noel was just overconfident that he could write great tunes forever.
