I love everything about this song, the structure, the bridge, verse, chorus, instrumentation, the restrained guitar solo and the awesome bass line. They are the masters of understatement. I agree with previous posts, the lyrics have no real story but lines resonate with me deeply. The wheels of my life have fallen off and I often wonder why I’m really here. I get how the poster below comments about his friend and his love for the song. If you feel it, you really get it. I never get sick of it. The live videos on KZbin are epic. I think epic is the best word for this song. It has an unexplainable yearning and magic. For me, this is their most underrated song. It’s their best and one of the best songs ever written.
