Recipe
1. one ripe banana
2. 150 ml. of milk substitute (with no sugar added)
3. 100 ml. of honey
4. 100 ml. of sunflower oil
5. 200 gr. of oats (ground in a mixer)
6. 200 gr. of flour
7. baking powder
Bake at 170 C (fan assisted) for 25 min.
Procedure
This is a dessert prepared for those of you who cannot or do not want to eat sugar. The amount of ingredients is for 6 muffins. You can add raisins, nuts, fruits (dried or not, such as apples cut in cubes), or jam (with no sugar added), according to your personal preferences.
