That is exactly what I was hoping when I made the video! Here is a link to a video I made about one of the storefronts on Independencia that sells chocolate milk made from cocoa beans they grind right there in the store. Malteado has become immensely popular and now there are many Mayordomo shop locations throughout town, including in the Zocalo.
