Obama Gives Hillary Clinton The Middle Finger Again

Obama is very clever how he always gives those he does not like the middle finger during his speeches. He has given the middle finger to over 20 members of press, congress, senate and those that he has negative feelings towards. He has repeated the process towards both republicans and fellow democrats in most of his speeches and times when he is in front of a large audience.
Is it really a thing Obama needs to do during his speeches? This is an unusual practice for someone in such a high and respected position. Those that came before him could have done what he is doing but never they never gave in to their hate and emotions.
