Because black men would become productive members of society and not victims needing to rely on the government. That's why Democrats worked so hard to destroy the black family, by making sure that black single mothers are the ones to get paid if the father isn't in the house. It took three generations to pull this off. When you have black fathers actually teaching their kids to respect the people in their community and to have morals then you can produce free thinking citizens. Yes, 17 years ago I got to visit, and my aunt pointed out Obamas house. This was a stone cobble road lined by white picket fences.
