Oban, Scotland’s Seafood Capital! 🌊 We wandered through the charming town, saw McCaig’s Tower, and indulged in sweet treats at the Oban Chocolate Company. We enjoyed a whisky tasting at the iconic Oban Distillery. To top it all off, we savored a delicious meal at Cuan Mor Pub. The perfect blend of adventure, history, and mouthwatering cuisine. 🥾🍽

Ps. You have to be flexible when touring on the shoulder seasons. Our ferry was canceled to the island of Iona due to wind.. In summer, there are two ferries on the Oban-Craignure route, with 10 sailings EACH WAY PER DAY, BUT in October there are only 2 crossings. Cars are not allowed on Iona. You take a big ferry to Mull then a small ferry to Iona.
