Well the rules stated that you where allowed to shoot your oppnents as long you only remained disabeld/shut down their ship as long the pilot and gunner or just the pilot if its a 1 seat ship remained alive and dont attempt to murder their opponents in this case krog is allowed to disabel them not kill them!

@@Avento8 Author's idea was to make Toros lose by lack of spirit or resolve. He had survived rapid decelleration, because he was sound at the time of Aika's last race. Toros could won the race technically or make it draw. Taking it seriously, tracks weren't designed by the Avatar himself.
