Hello sir, A candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of community reservation only in case the particular caste to which the candidate belongs is included in the list of reserved communities issued by the Central Government. I think here there is mention of those "list of reserved communities which is issued by the central government" but not the caste certificate itself. Please clarify.

Sir, 1st para ka glt arth nikal rhe h, iska mtlb h aapka cast central govt ke dwara issue kiye gye cast list me aapka cast aana chahiea ,na ki aapko cast certificate central govt dwara hi issue krba na h, state govt dwara all india ka issued cast certificata bhi 1-4-2022 ke bad ka hona chahiea. Chahe to 1st para ka google hindi kr le clear ho jayega. Sir, koi jruri nhi h ki centra obc certificate upsc ke hi formet ho , bs itna hona chahiea ki priscribed formet ka sara information hmare certificate me hona chahiea.

कहीं नहीं जाना है... नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक़ ओबीसी रिज़र्वेशन उन लोगों को मिलेगा जो केंद्र द्वारा ज़ारी सूची के अंतर्गत ओबीसी वर्ग में आते हैं। जैसा कि आपको पता होगा कि कुछ जातियां किसी राज्य में सामान्य वर्ग में आ जाती है तो अन्य राज्य में ओबीसी मानी जाती हैं। इसलिए ये क्लियर कट बात लिखी है कि अगर आप अपने राज्य की लिस्ट में ओबीसी कैटेगरी हैं तो upsc उससे वास्ता नहीं रखता। आपको केंद्र द्वारा ज़ारी सूची के अंतर्गत ओबीसी कैटेगरी में होना होगा तभी आपको रिज़र्वेशन मिलेगा। बाक़ी सर्टिफिकेट इशू करने का काम तो राज्य के अंतर्गत ही होगा।

@@sanjayme4154 Sir has suggested to get a new one asap, as it is clearly mentioned that UPSC wont consider any documents prior to the mentioned date. I talked to Helpline guides, they said it has been mailed by UPSC to every DM offices across India to give clearance to candidates appearing for upsc on a emergency basis. You first apply it online, and then directly approach the officers concerned regarding the urgency of the issue. They will consider

@@arvijha8151 i got all the info pertaining to the EWS certificate from SDM of my Sub division. First get ews certificate from your Circle Office, which is issued by RO. Since RO is lower than CO ( CO means Tahsildar in Bihar) ...and as mentioned in UPSC FAQ, certificate issuing authority should not be lower than Tahsildar. So after getting certificate from RO, you have to apply on Sub division level then you'll wet certificate issued by SDM. Now, all set. Note:) saari process online h... apply kro aur phuch jaao office...jaake btao upsc ka maamla h...log cooperative hote hain, afterall they all have gone through same struggle. Next day hi bna ke de dete hain....kisi broker k chakkar me pdne se shi h khud officer ko approach kro. I have done all this. Thank you:)🙏🏻
