I belong to OBC caste and born in Uttar Pradesh. I am married with a person who is born in Uttar Pradesh and in OBC. After marriage, my OBC NCL caste certificate is denied saying that income of my husband is more than prescribed limit. As far as I know, NCL status of women is decided on basis of income of father of girl. Income of my father is less than limit. Please guide me what to do

Yes only parents income should be consider. Ask them to verify in national commission for backward class

Hi there, I just saw your previous video in which you discussed 3 scenarios while determining non creamy layer status of candidate whose parents are in psu and they dont have equivalence criteria so they go with income wealth test criteria. Plz ensure that your annual income from other sources ought to be less than 8Lcas . Otherwise your son is eligible for OBC NCL . For more clarity plz watch my videos based on Bank Employees .
