If you have the pro version enabled and you know the coding (same coding as VCDS) you don’t need any credits, similarly if you know the measuring blocks etc no credits needed. If you want to open and click a button for all the hard work and effort such as ‘auto closing on rain sensing’ then yes you will need credits.

Is there a limit on how many cars you can scan with the PRO? On VCDS they're different tiers where they only let you scan 3 vins or unlimited for the life of the software license.

Sorry, didn’t see this comment at first - it’s great! Being a wagon it’s immensely practical, and honestly I prefer the wagon over the sedan any day. Great daily driver also!

@@ThatCarChannelOfficial all good! I've got the sedan (wish I could fit the wagon in my garage). Been tossing up some sort of forced induction journey (noticed you talking about it in one of your other vids). I reckon the R36 is about 100hp short of the perfect car lol.

I’ll have to check on that, if VCDS can do it, then yes this can. Surely there is a way to reverse the function so that the double tap lock is the safe lock and the one touch lock is the normal lock?

That Car Channel Yeh you’d think there would but I’m reluctant to go running to skoda uk and identify the car as possibly being modded and all the implications therein.

That Car Channel Our local skoda dealer said they aren’t able to do it because insurers may chase them if there was a claim. So I’m thinking f it I’ll do it myself.
