Thank you for the video. For everyone who are having trouble finding the list of settings read this. For my car Audi A6 F4 2.7TDI Basic settings consisted of just channels. Right channel is 226. It doesn't show anything but you need to press the green check mark and then the texts will change like "Press brake pedal" and "Full throttle". After that car starts to do the cleaning process. For me it took 30min and you can see the process from Value 3 which has counter from 0 to 255. At 255 it stops. CAUTION: Your phone need to be connected the whole time and screen on and OBDeleven as active screen. Otherwise it will stop the process immediately. Ps. Before you go to the basic settings you should change the Service to the one in the bottom something like "End of line service etc"

Thank you very much. What do you mean an emergency regen? Is there any other option that would allow me to do a regen while driving? Sorry if this was asked before but i couldnt find it. I'd like an obd and an app that would allow me to just see the soot level and i would start the regen whenever i want. For example: according to the vag dpf app the soot level is at 78% and im about to start a 70 km comute so i'd like to start the regen at that point so i'd reach my destiny with the regen completed. Is there any app that allows me to do that? Sorry or the long question. Seat 1.6tdi

Regen while driving is passive and does not get as hot. A forced regen(emergency) will add fuel to the aftertreatment system to better burn.

@@joseborges7656 VCDS and OBDEleven both allow you to do a forced regen based on what I've read. This video is supposedly for a forced regen, though I have not attempted it myself.

My revs are @ 1500rpm, is this normal? I didnt need to press brake or accelerator to initiate it either. And how do I check the soot levels? Thanks

Yes you will need to do an oil change after my local Audi independent specialist said never run an Audi diesel under a 1/4 of a tank because otherwise it wont re gen whilst driving.

Yes, should work for all CR engines but sometimes can't start soot has small level. You can try a few times.

FPHU ELDAR What do you mean CR engines? I have a CLHA engine. Does that make sense or is it not designed for my engine? I have a mk7 golf 1.6 tdi. Thanks!

CR - common rail. How much have you got soot mass?

FPHU ELDAR Measured - 23.37 Calculated - 38.18 I gave it a run in 3rd/4th gear and the measured went down slightly. But the calculated kept going up. I have put some redex particlate filter cleaner in the tank but its gone into a tank thats already got half diesel in it. Im contemplating topping it up in the hope it mixes it. Also the exhaust temp was fluctuating between 50°c and 650°c but i couldnt get it to stay at the higher temp to be able to perform the regen
