He carried one of the worst rosters in the NFL to six wins, he started every game this season and there TWO picks all season long. oh and he threw for the second most yards of his career. Even then it wasn't a great season. He's been carrying the offense for a loooong time, but only 25 touchdowns and around 62% completions isn't even close to Rodgers' ability. He missed a lot of throws. I still love the guy and think a piss poor O-line, no chemistry with receivers outside of Adams, and the injuries to his knee and groin helped with poor stats. Next year we'll get vintage Rodgers

Packer fan here but I would’ve never invested my money all into 1 player. Cashing out on defense would’ve been smarter. 1 super bowl win in what the last 10+ years? I get it, it’s not Aaron Rodgers complete fault but he definitely didn’t have an MVP season. Hoping he can bounce back. Defense wins championships.

It's not all their money. The way the cap keeps increasing, Rodgers will be less of the total cap % when his new contract kicks in than he is now

Rodgers can last just as long as they can, he just needs to realize that it's going to change the way he plays. A better O-line and a better offensive scheme will help that. I highly doubt Rodgers retires before he turns 37 years old.

Mike Smithmyer Okay so you basically just proved my point about the money. Drew brees and Tom Brady are playing at their age right now because they spread the money out. Neither of those guys have ever been the top paid player on their team let alone the top paid player in the league even when deserving. Aaron Rodgers took a shit load of money as you can see. We had more holes to fill other than the QB position. And you’re acting like our O-line was complete trash. They aren’t the best or the worse but how can you expect us to pay for a good o-line when all of our money is invested into 1 player?! And Brady and Brees are pocket guys. They don’t scramble and they aren’t as athletic as Aaron Rodgers but the bottom line is, he is due for more injuries if he continues to rely on his feet and scrambling out of the pocket. As I said before money wise we don’t have it to build a team around him because it’s all on to his contract.

BrewPack Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Peyton Manning, and some of Brett Favre. We possibly had the best quarterback of our generation and it’s simply amazing why compare them and trash them they are all GOATS. We got Philip Rivers, Ben Roethlisberger, and prime Eli were also fun to watch sometimes. Now we have young rising stars like Mahomes, Watson, Trubisky, Mayfield, and etc!
