This series worked for me! Remarkable performances... a mix of profundity and poetry... a worthwhile journey... a lovely conclusion... yet so much that can be expounded upon. 😎

Great conversation, ladies. Thank you for uploading this. I'm with you on how personal the entire 45 years of story has always been. All the very heartfelt personal relationships, all the family ties, all the tragedy... It's just been amazing for me all my life. When Obi Wan sees Anakin's face in this show and Ewan McGregor tears up, I teared up too. I felt it right back to 1977 when I was a little kid.

The scene of closure for obi wan was so heartbreaking I was in tears as I idolise anakin/vader and seeing his eyes flicker from the blue to the Sith eyes. Anakin was talking to kenobi until the quote of "u didn't kill anakin I did" was when vader consumed anakin fully.

Vader hates Anakin and sees him as weak and a failure

The thing of Obi-Wan calling him ‘Darth’ was something I always used to have issues with. But this scene added so tragic context of Obi-Wan using ‘Darth’ is a way of separating the good man that was his brother with the monster that serves the empire. Their respective final scenes with their masters was good to show the parallels of both Vader and Obi-Wan’s stories . Vader continues to be haunted by his past by the atrocities of what he did for Sidious and what he lost as a result now he is only a tool a slave that Sidious can easily replace should he choose he doesn’t genuinely care for him never did. Obi-Wan on the other hand finally lets go of the guilt he’s been living with for years he is able to let go of all that negative baggage that disrupted his connection to the force by coming to terms with his actions by rising above all his pain he’s finally found balance found peace which allows him to communicate with Qui-Gon the Jedi that was not only his master but a father figure to him and Obi-Wan can now learn to become more powerful because of it. Which ties into what Dave Filoni said about how Anakin being the chosen one would have been able to be influenced by Sidious or Qui-Gon both of who were the only people who could have influenced him to either do great evil or great good.

Two things: 1. #NOBotsAllowedEVER #BanAllBotsNOW And 2. I was literally saying you two weren't emotionally prepared for the finale, and it looks like I called it.
