if she didnt die, obito would have come back to the village. first of all, this would save kakashi from a sad regretful life as he would still have both his friends. kakashi and obito would become best friends. obito would have kept training hard until one day the uchihas started acknowledging him as a worthy uchiha member. he would have kept fighting to become the hokage and because of that he would become the new uchiha clan leader. there wouldnt be a need for an uchiha massacre because obito by then would have changed the course of his clan. sasuke and itachi would've had happy lives.. maybe with all of this, rin started liking obito and they married. naruto would grow up as a normal kid with his family, and maybe even have siblings.. yeah if rin didnt die, everything would have been VERY different.
