Eat healthy, be active, count your cals until you know how to eyeball, and allow room for fun. Simple and great advice. Thx!

I think the main thing is being active and staying in a calorie deficit. Those are also the main things that people struggle with.
@nawais9932 сағат бұрын
@@CorGP I'd put it: Have non-hunger increasing daily activity as much as you can through the day, ie. walking (so your energy expenditure is higher.) Then eat intuitively (after having tracked macros preferably for years+) mostly healthy stuff. Then just add preferred training style(s) on top of it.

Yeah bro! Great vid. I'm 50 and been an athlete and lean my entire life. Many of the same principals. I eat intuitively but almost all Whole Foods I cook myself. Walk and other NEAT activity through the day. Train in the gym *OR* do my sports (Mountain biking, climbing, skiing/snowboarding) most days. No motivation needed if you do things that you love! You didn't mention it but I know you know from previous vids, SLEEP is a superpower, so black out that room, make it cool and get away from tech at least an hour or two before bed. None of this stuff is hard theoretically and it's actually not hard to do either any more than brushing your teeth or taking a shower is. If you look at these things the same as that, just something you do, then it takes care of itself. Stay healthy my friends!

Another great video. I've been training on and off for a number of years as I've been looking after my elderly parents and Uncle and have resorted to going on long walks totalling 30,000 plus steps as a way of easing myself back into the gym..How much would you charge for a one to one sessions Obi? 😉

Of course, he cannot directly say that he uses steroids, these are the rules of the game.. Like all fitness bloggers, he will start talking about nutrition, discipline, and so on. And people who have never tried steroids will believe it. I will say that after 20 years of natural training using steroids (testosterone + nandrolone + oxymetalon), I gained 13 kg of muscle mass in 2.5 months (from 92 kg to 105 kg). I didn't watch my diet at all, I ate everything the same as before, I didn't count calories, I went to the gym, as before - 3 times a week. At the same time, not only did I gain a lot of muscles and my strength indicators increased very much, but I also burned fat, my abs became even more visible, veins appeared on my shoulders, biceps and legs from a small amount of fat.

Some people are super disciplined. Do you train as much as him? Do you train as frequently as him? Are you as genetically gifted? If one size fits all we would all be born same height, same weight etc but everyone who says PEDs all the time make excuses for why they ain’t got what they want.
@minedgravy3802 күн бұрын
@@CHZO. PED's def help you stay shredded. Your body can train more on PED's as well. Obi's physique is from PED's on top of his work ethic and genetics but to deny that they give anyone a huge advantage is laughable. A normal person will not look like Obi even with the absolute best training/diet

@@CHZO.PED’s make a huge difference even if work ethic is 100 on both
@feelgoodcorp12 күн бұрын
@@CHZO. I have a TON of respect for Obi and his work ethic. He certainly works out more often and with more effort than I do, but I’m not here to compare myself to him. When making a video about staying lean year round it’s just really disingenuous to not disclose the fact that he’s not natural(which he clearly isn’t, and I have no issue with that). I have a big problem with enhanced lifters making body composition recommendations without disclosing their own PED use.
