Awesome workout. Leg day is now my fav day because of you. Your workouts are great and results are noticeable after some weeks. Btw I lost over 30lbs with your workouts and meal plan from OnlyMeal. I am feeling amazing and I feel like I am in the best shape of my life, which results in better confidence as well.

What’s the alternative to lying leg curls as my gym does not have this machine
@darjanvujnovic5504Күн бұрын
Did this workout today - it was awsome 🙌😍🔥 ( a bit modified on my way: number of sets , tempo , weights etc. ) must learn better control in some exercises and stability; but over all this is routine that i will implement in my training. This is good because i will move squats to 2. leg day training as main + other exercises. ... Thank you for idea , respect 🤞😊

Do you have a video for workouts for better posture?

Question Obi… I didn’t know there was a debate over the effectiveness between seated v standing calf raises… the PHD Dr over at Renaissance Periodization gave an interesting “lecture” on the nuances, ie muscle activation, etc… giving the nod more, in his unique way, toward standing… thoughts?

Gonna hit this next leg day! I always just do squats and nordic curls, will be fun to switch it up!
@PhonkEcho3 күн бұрын
if you can do nordic curls, you are good.
@bigslacker6662 күн бұрын
@@PhonkEcho Assisted nordics, haha! I use my arms in the first 3rd of the movement and then do eccentrics.

Are the drop sets just one more set of 10 decreasing the weight or actually 10 sets decreasing each time?
@christoppo33Күн бұрын
One more set decrease the weight by 30-50% and perform 10 reps

@dragonhero142 күн бұрын
Wouldn't that just be mostly diet? Something like starting 300-500 calories above your maintenance calories would be a decent start.

If there is something I really appreciate in this video is your frankness. You are real in your speaking. You are you, you do not standardize your experience but rather you speak of it not as being the standard model but as an inspiration

I'm used to seeing American vlogs but never any from other countries. It would be great to see a life perspective from another country. You seem like an interesting person. Good vibes mindfulness, gratitude, meditation, yoga all things I love and your a brother. Great to see our melanated people getting in on the action. Good luck with your recovery and all your endeavors.
