@@Larsgman yes, that is correct. When you commit a crime in Oblivion the guards will forcefully interact with you. But if you have a high enough Fame rating they will consider you a friend and not arrest you. At least not right away. If you continue to commit crimes though they will eventually arrest you.

I usually don't expect much from videos that have "funny moments" in their name but let's just say that I've almost woke up my family when I saw the 3:40 clip.
