disable HUD is crtl+f10 but pretty sure he uses the observer cam SOE gave him to fly around on live

Its actually simple, Ctrl+F11/F10. It will disable the HUD and Lower your weapon. But thats only for normal players. Those who have access to The flycam like WaffleVFX can only be obtained through the devs. And that can only be done if you meet thwir criteria

Anyways there wasnt much lag. Its normal for Planetside 2 to have frame lag from time to time. Its not as smooth as Minecraft

You can try changing your launchapad to test mode and reset it back to live server mode. It fixed many problems with many peoples launchpad. You could also try reinstalling it
