What's so amazing about this video is how it focuses in starting with these distant landscape views. Then we zoom in a little more and see ants scurrying about, flashes of light and the sounds of battle. Further we go in now to closer shots of big vehicle groups with infantry sprinkled in. Finally it focuses in to these intimate infantry shots. Love it

lukeirot No I think it makes a lot of sense. Like the video, when you first start playing, you feel weak, and the action seems to by very slowly. But as you play more and more, and get better and better, the action livens up, you get this feeling of adrenaline and rush, and then you see what the game is truly about.

Out of all your videos I show this one to anyone I'm trying to pander planetside 2 on. You've made TONS of great videos but this one really shows the epic scale which PS2 has to offer. The spectacle, the massive scale, and just how beautiful this game is at night. This video alone must have convinced at least 3 of my friends to not only try PS2 but to also put money into it, this is a great video and we need more like it to keep PS2 alive after 4 years.

Amazing! Simply amazing! I love the twist from peafull planet to a god forsaken planet of war. I also love the camera angels, how the explosions, shots, deads etc correspond with the music. Just amazing!

Man, I love those transitions! Good idea to gradually fade them out/change them towards the end, too. I especially like the ones around the 6:30 mark, where they don't switch to a new clip, they just blur the current clip.

Intro scenery was great at showing planetside landscape and while over 2.5 min of nature sight seeing is good times with most of the pvp tree-huggers of this world it might fall into the slightly overdone category for the rest of us O:-) Rest of the clips were outstanding though especially towards the end of the video,the combined arms and armored columns fight scenes were just plain top notch.Well done. Keep up the good work!

Plantside defined my gaming in my mid 20's. Now Planetside 2 is defining my gaming in my mid 30's. I have a Steam library full of unplayed games thanks to Planetside 2 - long may it reign at the top! Oh, and shout out to Myriad Apocolypse Project on Woodman - the games friendliest VS outfit :-)

a-maz-ing! really good work, i've enjoyed the edit :) it reminded me of Lillbabs's video "The dead flag blues" the only minor criticism I have on all this "cinema style" PS2 edits are the unsmooth/shuttery pans and tilts which always bother me :) I know that with a mouse it's impossible to make a smooth pan/tilt, but try to use a gamepad for a change...I got some great results once, when I was playing around with it. It's a bit tricky at first, but when you figure it out, you can do some awesome stuff, especaly with obs. cam that you have. but anyway, I must say nice video once again and keep up the good work! see you on the battlefield! :)
