I love Prof Wisekal’s videos. This warm up video is so useful. Reference was made to an intermediate warm up (this being a basic routine)…but I can’t find another to expand on this. Does it exist?

Thank you so much for your kind words! The three levels of warm-up are accessible via the link in my video descriptions. I'll try posting the direct link here: portfolio.du.edu/iwisekal/page/117949 Hope you find them helpful!

So glad you find it helpful! I'll be presenting this warm-up version, plus two more, at the IDRS symposium this summer.

This is awesome! I do a very similar warm up routine with my young students from their very first lesson with me, just with different approaches to identifying air. (I have them blow with no resistance, and for beginners blow into their hand to check that their air is fast enough, ie cold). Looking forward to your IDRS lecture!
