OBR 57cc conversion/rebuild

My mate sent me his rmck motor to do an obr full mod head. so I rebuilt it and I give it a start👍🏻

The pin is also for locating the ring between the ports to keep it from hanging up in the ports and breaking it.

Great engine I had a go on my friend John's twin when it had that twin in it easy to use smooth but powerful He has the alx twin in his car now that thing is a animal

How does your twin deal with the heat I have the same engine with the toxic cooling fins and I cannot keep my car on for more than five minutes before I see uncomfortable temperatures

It's not a good build unless there is blood spilled. I laid my arm open earlier today working on my Baja. A trip to the ER and 5 stitches later I'm back at working on it. Great build video.

You can switch the order at the secondary for fitment, if necessary. Cheers! And I still recommend an idle butterfly. Lol

Awesome build brother!!! I was wondering those look like jet pro pipes how are you getting along with tuning the left hand carb? The RCMK twin I got from SRE customs had extended carbon needles making it impossible to adjust the left-hand carburetor. My QJ twin I got it started the day before yesterday it’s still kind of a pain to tune the left-hand carb but at least I can get it done LOL 😂
