Hey brother Jeff great tip. Have not had a phone for a while just got a new one. I have a stupid question for you dos the hole in the gasket line up with the hole on the engine and the intake manifold my old engine that I cud not get to run right wos not it was upsidedown pretty sure that's wrong. Hey brothers Mike that hole is the pulse hole for the carb and absolutely the gasket hole needs to line up with the intake hole or it will simply not run or idle but wont move as soon as you go to give it gas it will die immediately because the diaphragm needs the pulse to pump the fuel but the engine will run without a pulse just most likely die. Hey buddy its different for the .45 I have a video for that too. Its called indexing the plug. You want to index the plug for the .45 the depth into the cylinder is okay that is not the issue there. Its much different

Leave the crush washer on the plug brother!! Just make sure you crush it first in the head before you add the washers.

Hello bro, what do you think of taking the head gasket out of the Rovan 36 cc 4 bolt engine to make more compressors and power?

I wouldnt do it. It will change the port timing. That cylinder already has a bit of free porting. The engine has 15:1 compression already. You will highly highly benefit from removing the lower ring if you have a dual ring 36. That will really wake the engine up. As it drastically removes heat and friction

Yes bro and if you remove the lower ring on the piston the 36 will have a lot more power. Same With the dual ring 45. The dual ring was a bad Chinese idea.
