Well done sir!!!!! And what a beast of an OBS you got there! 👊 Your video was concise and to the point...great lighting, and not overdone. Thanks! Getting mine ordered now.

Keep up the installation and how to videos! Great quality, great clarity, and great information. I'm seeking to learn as much as I can about the 97 OBS style 7.3 trucks before I buy one. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! I know similar videos helped me a lot when I first got my truck. I'll be posting more videos in the future that I hope can be useful.

Good video , thanks. The Bully AS200 step kit I received from Amazon, the top plate and step holes did not line up. Had to modify it , and the screws are poor quality. But I don’t mind a bit of work for $400

@@diydiesel8897 Are the steps doing any damage to the truck the way they are mounted. I think about flex on the rocker panel.
@diydiesel8897 Жыл бұрын
@@feelnrite No damage yet. I've put about 20,000 miles on the truck since installed. I'm not the biggest guy either though - under 200lbs
@cfreezy45 Жыл бұрын
@@diydiesel8897that's my concern i saw how it flexed when you stepped on it. I may be wanting to load up some thick girls in my truck so i don't need them damaging my rocker panels 😂

Nice job !! But aluminum strip you put on door jam . Do you need it to do job ?
@diydiesel88976 жыл бұрын
Yes. If the bolts were tightened against the plastic door jamb, the plastic could crack. The aluminum plate spreads out the force on the bolts over a greater area.

Can somebody PLEASE tell me where I can find these same steps? I have a 97 f250HD, diesel, OBS and simply cannot find steps that will fit the truck. Bully steps offered today do NOT fit. Help, please…….

The listing for the Bully AS-200 steps available on Amazon state they fit Ford F-250/F-350 trucks from 1981 to 1998 www.amazon.com/Bully-AS-200-Polished-Aluminium-Multi-Fit/dp/B000BQLA2K?th=1

No. Can't be right. There isn't obnoxious music playing. There isn't 45 minutes of useless blabbering like a discovery channel documentary about "have we found Noah's ark?" Only to end it with no, probably not, but we all watched it anyway. Can't be real without that annoying AI voice mispronouncing words. 'Use a one divided by eight drill bits etc. Anyway, maybe I'm just jaded.
