Ive been struggling with streamlabs on my M1Air. It took me daysssss to set ip just to get continuous laggy streams. Found this video at 10:30pm tonight. Its now 12:02am i set up my stream and looks WAY better on obs. Thank you so so much. You gave me hope again 👏🏾🙏🏾

love the videos boss! Great content for those new to streaming. I ran into a problem though. I set up the audio as you described and at first I was getting sound and everything was great. But now I don't get anything. I am streaming through my MacBook. Sound was coming through my MacBook but now its not. But if I look at the audio mixer for game is moving. Any tips?

PROBLEM: when i try to capture the gameplay screen, it shows the screen in which i'm watching your youtube video. I chose Windows Capture as that was the only option I dont have a card. So then when I try to set up my Audio input, it won't show the option for the sound coming from my game. HELP.

in OBS Studio, how do i set up a transparent chat overlay while i'm in-game playing/streaming, so that whenever someone comments i can see the comment while in-game??? as you no doubt can tell, i am new to streaming and i'm a bit confused on how to you streaming software.... i've watched this video 3 times because you explain things too fast for me.. Ok, I'm a noob, but I'm assuming you have 2 monitors setup, one for OBS, the other for the game you are playing. The way I have it is my grouped items, my camera and the "green screen" image I chose, at the top, and the full screen game underneath the grouped items. Obviously, you can set it to capture any windowed app instead of full-screened, just make sure it's for the correct monitor. It might need a couple seconds for the game to appear right away. If not, Alt Tab out and click OBS and then go back to the game and the game will appear with you and your chosen background image in front of it. I had forgotten how to do this and his video gave me the info I really needed.

Layers. Drag the webcam to the top of the list of sources.
