Once got removed from CN and people noticed it quickly because of the coop soccer minigame, it's fixed now though. Funnily enough, Lowlight himself also tried using this momentum pulling trick in coop, but failed and his coop partner is streaming at that time so even Lowlight didn't know about the change lol.

an addition to that: Lowlight played so badly that the streamer in question refused to believe it was actually him.

@@mrhat1073 People memed him failing was the reason for the reversal, or that it at least sped it up, but it could have been unintentional and noticed on its own with the timing being pure coincidence.

In short a puller can't pull on their own tile This affects Operators other than hookmasters, Lutonada can't pull things on her tile even if she isn't blocking them. If some of you have used Mint you may be thinking that this doesn't apply to her, that's because she doesn't pull enemies. Instead enemies in her range get pushed in the direction of her tile.

A few months ago on Reddit, people actually brought this up in a few posts - Arknights made a change on CN that makes it so momentum from puller pulls disappears when they are retreated, the same as when they block the pulled target. They removed the coolest functionality of the subclass, what nonsense... D;

@@DrSilvergun Pretty sure Mr.Lowlight himself appeared in a co-op match and tried to do the puller retreat trick after the nerf LOL. A few weeks later they reverted the nerf.

Isn't this trick nerfed on cn server? Meaning that if you retreat a puller while the enemy is being pulled, they will just stop completely

Now i wonder when puller pull enemy toward them, does the game think that the ememy is technicaly consider to be blocked by puller thats why they stop at puller position? If so then what if the puller have 0 block lets say by heidy skill -3 block. Will the result the same?

Yes it will still stop them. A good example of this is Lutonada S2 She can't pull enemies that are already on her tile even if they are unblocked. You can contrast this with Mint S2 who pulls enemies just fine in the same circumstance. Mint actually pushes enemies towards her instead of pulling.
