"everything that we do is for the purpose of observing it" I love this shape of thought. It's something that I try constantly to remind myself too. Having a place, or a time, or ritualized union of the two where you can just inspire yourself to look at things differently, to THINK differently, is so important. We are temporary beings that inhabit the world and a selection of linear time through it it- through our bodies, our minds, and our memories. But I feel it's important to remember that we are a person outside of all that. We dream all these things and while dreaming, we identify with them. But then, sometimes, the dream ends and we realize we were never truly the dreams themselves, but rather something that was dreaming them! We are the dreamer, not the dreams. We are the observer, not the observations. Loved your video, thank you for taking the time and intention to release your insights into the world outside of you. Otherwise, I never would have seen it and would have never been prompted to observe the things I did as I listened to your musings. Cheers, Liam

Woah, I totally remember reading Plath and being overwhelmed by the abundance of feeling and life in her words... and the immense sadness that came with knowing she was no longer with us. Thanks for your words and for these thoughts. Have a great day everyone ❤

Feelings don’t matter in the real world. The only person who can save you is you. So we need to get up and make things somehow in order to live the life in this real world. So sad to hear about Sylvia

You're supposed to have someone around to catch you if you stumble.

i love this very much ❤ this also reminds me of the poem by mary Oliver 'the summer day', which is also saying how really deeply necessary it is 'to pay attention'.
