Does it bother anyone else that he doesn't diphthong at the end of the word Hello? Normally a purer vowel would be preferred, but I feel like it needs the diphthong...no, no one else noticed that? Got it, I'm a weirdo...

+Bret Cowden Well the diphthong ends in a closed vowel, so maybe it not as easy to manage. Besides, it might seem weird at times. Like when Sinatra sang "I did it myyy-eeeeeeeeeee wayyy-eeeeeeeee."

The diphthong wouldn’t be necessary in the context of the show, but I guess the lack of it becomes very obvious when he repeatedly sings it. I don’t mind it, but I think in the context of the show, no one would notice at all

Bret Cowden I agree definitely but I don’t think it matters as much since in the show you don’t really end up hearing the end of that hello so it isn’t heard. But when he just sings it on his own I really hear oohhhhhha

Mimi Scarlett well, actually he is saying "Hell, Hello". Because right before this line, the lyrics goes "so you won't burn in". And then "Hell. Helloooooooo"

Miku Haruki actually, it’s supposed to sound like hell at first, and then he adds the “oooo” part right after, so it sounds like “so you won’t burn in HEEEEEEEELLL-OOOOOOOO”
