I was 16/17F working at a TJMaxx and one of my coworkers who was like mid to late 20sM was starting to get creepy. He had started to ask me to go out to lunch, look at my work schedule, got my number and started texting me. This goes on for months and months and I try my best to actively ignore this man but still be polite bc I didn’t know any better. Then one day after my shift was done, I’m driving home and I notice he leaves at the same time. As I’m driving home I notice he’s like a couple cars behind me. Mind you I’ve never seen him get off the same time as me and perhaps he lives in the same area so I think nothing of it. The closer I get home, I still see this dude and I was like oh hell no- dude is not about to get me today. I pull into a Wendy’s, order some nuggets, park and eat them while watching him drive away, seemingly giving up. I told my mom about the whole thing and she started dropping me off and picking me up from work while giving this dude the nastiest of looks like “I dare you mf” He left me alone after that and I quickly got a different job!

When I was 19 I worked at a call center and a security guard (I’m guessing late 20’s to mid 30’s) was being really creepy, asking me personal questions and asking about my dating life. I felt so uncomfortable I told some of my co workers and they just gossiped about it, which made him really angry and he started giving me a hard time. I always got dropped off so he couldn’t remember my car. After about 2 weeks I quit. Because how awful is it for a security guard to make you feel unsafe while you’re just trying to do your job??? Men have to do better. And people in general because women in the workplace knew about it and didn’t take it seriously until I quit. Sad 😞

Sharing my stalker story: It actuallly all happenedd virtually. I started my youtube journey making tarot videos and that is actually how i met alot of my 1st internet friends. We can call her Djinn for now. I met Djinn through her channel when i was doing youtube lives. She became a frequent viewer, and would come join the lives during her lunch break. Long story short, we end up becomimg friends, she makes some s3xual advances on me that made unconformable. I told her i was not interested in her in that way. She didnt respect my boundaries so i stopped being friend's with her. So she decided to start stalking me online, texting me from Text Now numbers. Really weird stuff man. Shyt like: "dont leave. Stay here. With m3." I blocked her on the accounts that i could recognize, and that was it. Super weird. It was really disturbing considering i saw this person as a friend at one point. Been stalked twice! High school boyfriend got real weird after we moved out of state, threatened to "come be with" me (we were like 14 idk what his plan was), and a couple years later found me on facebook to send me photos of his new girlfriend who he assured me he had gotten to do her hair and makeup and fashion exactly like mine, which I guess he thought was cool and not deeply fucked up. Second stalker was in college and we didn't even DATE, we met up in the library to study bc we shared a class and I thought he was normal until he just handed me jewelry one day. Told him I didn't think that was appropriate, boy literally followed me all the way to my dorm, had to RUN past the security entrance to get away from him-- got some male friends, including an ex-army guy, to eacort me around campus rest of the semester and then transferred to a new school. Whole rest of that year he was sendings flowers and shit to my dorm, finally capped it off by writing a shitty little book about how anyone who read it should bully me into dating him. Real talk, men need to watch fewer romcoms or something, the big dramatic obsession isn't cute.

An old sonic blue colored Chevy impala followed us to and from both the mall and Chipotle. I noticed this and told my best friend in advance that we were being followed. When we parked at the Chipotle building, my best friend was about to get out of the car until I stopped her; the impala parked four parking spots away from us.
