I ran in the advanced group last week at BH and for the first time. I was shite! I had ex Pro racer Bob Collins fly past me, lapping me too and it really unsettled me so much that I was running wide missing my markers and all because I had in the back of my mind I am getting in the fast boys way but at the same time wanted to try flowing with the others. I think I need some of this Rapid training

I have photographed the Rapid riders at Blyton since the outset and said to Dave without realising he was under tuition, that was the fastest I had ever seen him ride. 1 sec a lap diff ??, I don't think so Dave, more like -3.00 secs Liam is a really great guy, very succinct in his explanations, tuition and outcome. A great asset (albeit when he was coaching me, it was 15+ secs a lap slower 🙄 )
