just grinded out 300+ source marks for supes today and got to lvl 4 for the passive. tomorrow (or another day, im bushed) will see how this shield helps me in some of the harder omni raids where i live the pug life :)

The thing about ally and arts I feel we did well without it so it's not a need. It might help. But if you already have your ally set that you run it's not needed.

I always look at the perspective of what improves my job (as a tank) in this case having this shield for myself and the group can make me a better tank (just as arts etc) so that's what I mean when I say its a must have. Just like Cyborg for might dps etc

@@ObsidianChill true it can make it easier. I feel the arts and ally they have now work great. If a earth tank any other tank that doesn't run a group breakout will have to change there loadout to use it. So that might mean dropping a SC so no EOG or maybe dropping a 3rd shield. I look at tanking as having max serviceability and pulling compasity. Serviceability for the group is healers job. But that's just my out look on tanking. You see a lot of tanks trying to heal groups with the clarion art or running 2 SC to give the raid group SC back. The minimum an inexperienced tank or any role tries to over extend themselves things go south.

I love that power. When it's used correctly like how he instantly freezes er1 in the room during latest alert. Or when he killed Shazam with a quick and short lit-match-extinguishing blow. It's the whole reason I chose ice. I was hoping to get the same effects he gets. Or at least what Friday breath gets in game. Sadly it's neither. But I love taking with it so I stay. It's the closest thing to just fighting it out you can get as a tank(fire too). No gimmicks.

Havent played in a few weeks so dont remember the name of the latest alert but this superman ally will be really good for earth tanks because earths group breakout is the only one that can remove the doomsday tic from all allies. (Its the only one that cleanses and removes debuffs)

It’s just a dmg reduction so what it could provide is with the rage crash and dmg reduction then a page proc might save you where previously you would have just died

you should go for batman who laughs. Its decent damage, and the card proc is very useful for all roles.

They should make the legends the allies.. all the legends from legends pve.... every type lantern... lex Luthor.... scare crow.... gorilla grod zod....super girl... black Adam. They also should have the allies system like this weak allies cost about 200 source marks... then and average allies cost 400 source marks then above average allies cost about 600 source marks then have elite allies about 800 source marks the higher the cost for allies the more damage simple...

Is superman ally only good for people that tank i dont tank i use damage right now im using nubia i was planning on getting the superman ally when he comes out or i wonder if i should just wait for krypto now i use nubia and she is level 7 right now if i get the superman ally when he comes out i can probably get him to level 6 or 7 right away i have about 30,000 ally favors saved up and alot of epic and rare alliances and i can always get the legendary alliances when he comes out.

depends if they adjust superman's damage. if they don't then yes it will be the highest aoe damage ally but if they make it similar to others if you aren't at tank powerset you wont benefit much

@@ICY-HURR It's a synergetic artifact. If dps and support roles both have it then support roles should be able to spam it. They'll help dps build supercharge wayyyy faster. I run it on my healer and I have supercharge every 15 secs for an entire run
