yea that pet summons damage is high for sure, it also varies wildly between summons some can hit for 100k some for 800k and anywhere in that range. and as you pointed out you have to space the summons. but I will still say people shouldn't be swapping artifacts use it or don't but they need to block swapping

I main mercy on most of my chars. A tip is to use the trinkets like tritons horn from summer event, those trinkets that do like 500 dmg plus stun, trigger the mercy damage with a 30 second cooldown, so you get massive damage every 30 seconds

yea there are certainly some weird trinkets that proc MERCY like those seasonal ones and even the kite trinket.

@@jacktomlin1990 i think its only seasonal. The ones that do the 500 damage stun or whatever unfortunately, definitely get yourself one next event

@obschill Just watched your video on M.E.R.C.Y. Amazotron Matrix. Since fortify golem is replaced with attack protocol when you use the attack protocol ability does it apply power to brick just like fortify golem or do you loose giving power to brick

They should have made this artifact at (Rank 200) have pets that are normally temporary stay indefinitely as long as the artifact is equipped.

umm.. it does. you activate mercy's reactive field ability every six sec off cool down & it cools down the combat pet six sec, at rank 200

@@swgDCUO No it doesn't, I'm referring.as temporary pets that you activate and disappear within a few seconds stay activated with you like the Robot Sidekick, not needing a cooldown.

Obsidian would you consider this artifact a must level to 200, even if they, in the near future take art swapping out? I know you brought that subject of art swapping up in one of your recent videos.

This is a “nice to have art” it is most useful at 200 but I would never level it unless you a) want to pet dps b) have extra nth metal or it’s a 2x week

it's ok at 160 but you dont hit the big numbers unless its 200. but as obsidian said its not worth leveling unless you plan on pet DPSing

This art paired with source shard and quislet on sorcery power is amazing. Mercy at 200 keeps ur pet trinket put almost the whole time

So... does this mean Grim is now no good for dps? I mean I am still a little confused about these arts, I was told that strat card, trans and grim are the best for gadgets might but seeing these numbers I am even more confused xD I didn't even know how awesome Eye of gim was til I started watching your vids so NOW i'm even MORE CONFUSED! lol!

Grim is outdated. 9.9 times out of 10 Quislet will be better than Grim. You don’t have to rush to go out and get it but next nth metal week you can work towards Quislet now

@@ObsidianChill Ok I have one final question for ya, would it be in my best intrest as dps gads to get Eye of Gim, Quizlet or Matrix and use Grim to lvl it or get the 3 and keep Grim and lvl them all? I just strated a few months ago and my Strat card and Trans are at 180 and my Grim is at 162! Appreciate the help!

It's not a good swap art. I been usually it sense launch. I use it with shard and it's best to keep it on and wait till the cool down on your pet is half then summon back up. Stagger them for a better effect.

Yes with source shard it would be different you’d have that as a main art and you’d focus more on the godwave procs on the trinket summons than the mercy dmg. This is more for non pet dps

@@ObsidianChill I have tryed it this way. Idk it jsit wasn't fast enough to keep up. Even with the huge damage. I was being out paced. But this robot sidekick and its special move with God wave. I found I was tracking really high damage when I'm fully geared I was out pacing ice and munitions with ease. I'm glad u brought some attention to this art. In my opinion it was one of the best we have received if your pet focused.

it is based off might and any damage boost like omega or neo venom supercharge

I doubt it, just because it doesn't interact with other artifacts like EoG and it doesn't show up in the log analyzer which typically means something about the damage is different in game

It is really good for a earth pet build. I have tried it with Brick and tanking but Brick is still just subpar compared to Aftershocks

unfortunately yes, there is a 50% increase in the damage from rank 160 to 200. But its no a rush, just wait for the next 2x art week etc

It should with any pet trinket, I’d have to double check cause the Boos aren’t in the tier system so they are very useful in content

The main effects don't work no. Crystal, Fury, or Robot Sidekick is what this art is designed for pet wise. It will also proc when you summon a trinket pet or henchmen.

Source-Quislet-mercy is the go to setup now for pet dpsing. Mercy will change offering around for sorc and you’ll get some extra st or aoe dmg when fury attacks

If you aren't a pet dps then I have to, there is no viable rotation where a prec dps or might dps would use MERCY so if they level it or wanted to level it swapping is the only way to make it a worthwhile investment for them. But of course if they don't swap they don't need to worry about this art :)
