amazing video, as always. this was my first ever resident evil game, it was very fun and I completed it a ton of times, kinda heartbroken when I learned it's one of the less liked games on the series

i remember 1 time i was playing in the hospital (i guess) and when you come out of an elevator the are a few zombies lined up and 1 only 1 shotgun shot killed like 4 or 5 in a row

Actually, you can take down 4 zombies with one clip from handgun D if aim for headshots *winks* but heeey! great Review video.

It’s funny to think that all had guns fit the characters that you encounter at the end of the game before they get killed by the tyrant and im fact, most of them use them as well. Andy the janitor (library) has the Nambu Vincent the Umbrella director(hospital) has the CZ75 And the Commander has an MP5, but in his route you get the M8000 Cougar G and by the looks and Describsion of it. The pistol is something that a Special Unit would use. Also these are the locations you can choose. 1. Restaurant, Theater and Appartment. 2. Arcade, Hospital and Library. 3. Sewer, Prison and Mansion.

Interesting to notice it, also the MP5 and an longer barrel Magnum were cut weapons in the game, the MP5 still have its bullet sprites in the PC version at least.

Handgun D 1-2 shots in the head puts down zombies. I've also one shotted Hunters with the shotgun halfway across that courtyard too ;)

Resident Evil Survivor's handgun selection, each having its own unique properties and abilities may have been an inspiration for parts of Resident Evil 4's weapon approach with Handgun(misinformed fangirls will call it "super ghost"), The choice of an avid gun collector: The Red9. The sleek and sexy Blacktail. The Punisher (it actually punishes YOU). Matilda-1998. Need I say more. It was because Survivor existed that these weapons were birthed from that. I Love Resident Evil, and I Love the intricacies that tie these games together (even if it is in an insignificant way). Resident Evil for life... and beyond!

@ 2:49 the handgun GL IS the Glock 17 this handgun was also used by Chris in Code Veronica which is the first RE game I saw the Glock 17 featured in, however Survivor for PS1 came before Code Veronica or Outbreak ever did

Yeah because, Outbreak came out in 2003. And Code: Veronica came out the same year Survivor came out. p.s. - Ironically I never played sURVIVOR, always wanted to so i didn't know that.

***** It's not a resident evil title, I never played it, but its part of the Gun Survivor series, just like Survivor 2 and Dead Aim (Survivor 4) and I was also told umbrella is featured in the game heh!

But how, Handgun B (CZ75) that handgun like firing speed is very fast and very slowest reload speed, the Beretta Handgun C 8000 Cougar, it reload is very fast. Glock 17 is a default handgun it uses the 9x19mm Parabellum Rounds. Nambu 14 is powerful handgun?

The handgun D always kinda sucked for me, firing rate is too slow against multiple opponents when fighting lickers and hunters. Great for killing bosses and zombies though. I usually rush the hand gun b

The only reason people think this game is bad is because low hd and probably because it is for a ps1 and not a ps2.

I think because it's a cheesy sub-plot repeating the Raccoon City incident on a random island, and probably the transition from tank controls to FPS threw some people off.
