The Apco Karisma is EN-A. That should be a decently safe glider. I would have never said not to fly it. Yes we use Apco harnesses for kiting as for that purpose those work really well. So not sure what you are talking about as I don't tell people not to fly gliders that are decently safe. I warn people not to fly gliders that are total death traps like wings they call reflex.

@@DellSchanze oh i remember we talked about the karisma before. and you said i should change to another glider. but dont ask me to show a link that was like over a year ago. 🤣 but since i cant just order any brand i like here in china its not that easy. but OK, if you say the karisma is not too shabby i will continue some training before switch to something easier to launch. this thing is heavy and i feel its difficult to take off in low wind conditions.

Yea it's not a great glider but at least it's decently safe. The Flat Top paramotor would be the big one. You really don't want to fly anything but a Flat Top paramotor specifically or there are horrible safety issues.

SUPER training is done near Corpus Christi Texas. It's the best location we have ever found for training.

Yes we are in Utah but training must be done on a beach so you can get massive hours of practice. So we use the coast of Texas. We had a student set a world record there knocking out 530 flights during his 10 days of SUPER training. It's quite incredible what we can acheive.
