Really like the thump of this track; gets my shoulders bumpin' with it. But then you have the pseudo-creepy, pseudo-sad stringy sounds going on. Overall, it gives this dead-hearted march-on, which in a way compliments Lavender Town's grim reverences, but also contrasts the rural feel of the town's landscape and attitudes. I guess this is what Lavender would sound like it the town itself died, a massive tombstone of sorts. Maybe, even, as an undercurrent to the Tower's conversion.

I always liked the Lavender Town music; didn't understand why it freaked everyone out so much; and now with this discovery, I can enjoy a nice, up to date version of one of the tunes from Pokemon...and freak some people out. :P

Me as 6 years old: thank god im out of that dang cav- ... what... no... this music isnt right, its all weird and sad, weres all the happy bouncey music i like? Whenever i passed through that town from that point on i made sure that i spent as little time as possible walking around outside... Even without knowing anything about the dead pokemon and the stories, i think everyone knew something was up with this town, it wasnt normal.

A very interesting remix. Creepy at first, but then you see the sadness behind it...All of the Pokemon gone due to Team Rocket...Others left orphaned like Cubone... Also, quick note here, the orginal theme did NOT kill people. Lavender Town Syndrome is simply a creepy pasta meant to scare people. Plus, the headaches you feel? That is just the power of suggestion. If someone tells you that a song will give you a headache enough times,your brain will eventually believe it and cause a headache.

i can tell you, it's the bass tones. they use alot of those really deep tones that if they are being heard through headphones will quickly give you a headache. i know because i recognized them almost right away wearing mine.
