He probably should have checked if HSI even had "Captains" and "Lieutenants." If he had, he would have realized they only have GS 1811 - Special Agents (GS 5 to GS 13). Supervisors are GS - Group Supervisors (GS 14), ASAC - Assistant Special Agents in Charge (GS 15) and so on... I'm guessing he fooled other agencies (local/federal) by posing as a task force member. However, I don't know how he got in a stack if he never trained with the entry team...
@cosplayshop3 жыл бұрын
@@davidayala4225 Most Federal agency only have GS 1811 system (like the Officer Paygrade) but their name may be different. For example, a Deputy Marshals with the US Marshall is a GS-7 but a GS 7 with CBP would be called a Custom and Border Patrol Officer. so you probably can fool people who did not know the other Federal LEO structure. IIRC, he was present with the State Department DSS raid on a retirement home (How or why they raid the home, i don't know) so the DSS guy may not know the HSI. And he (Nguyen) had been posing as a cop to pull people over for years, but the this report make it look like he has been working with the real agent for the amount of time he pose as a fake one......

When I make suggestions to do something better, people just ignore me. I will bring up what if scenarios and people act like I am being 'negative'. @isaacwillson86173 жыл бұрын
He was probably more honorable then most people in law enforcement. Actually if he was doing this for 10 whole years and never got caught, it says a few things one the incompetence of law enforcement officers to not know. If I throw in a McDonald’s uniform and start acting like I’m an employee I guarantee I wouldn’t last the day. This man did it for 10 whole years that says something - it 1) says he was good at his job 2) it says he was working/serving his community and country without being paid 3) it speaks to the incompetence of law enforcement and 4) it also says that just because he wasn’t hired from a human resource department he pretty much at that point after 10 years should have become grandfathered in. I have in a strange way more respect for him then law enforcement officers. He had a passion to be one and to serve and he did- so what’s the problem? If law enforcement officers are merely “serving “ and “protecting” then I don’t see what the issue is. The reason why this bothers them so badly is because it was a breach of their “blue wall of silence” and their “thin blue line” and their secret society. Even though it was homeland security he was impersonating it’s still just a different head on the same beast. As long as he didn’t gain from it in some way or take advantage of anyone else or hurt or harm anyone there really was absolutely no crime taken place here. But these secret society organized criminal syndicates called police departments and other law enforcement offices that are supposed to be “public service workers” can’t stand this because they elevate themselves on pedestals.
@ThaKidd10063 жыл бұрын
You logic is ass my guy. Just because he wasn't caught says nothing of his character the fact he had to lie instead of pursue the job legally says it all. Just because he wasn't caught doesn't mean he didn't commit real crimes. There are cops that have humanitarian awards that are out here raping prostitute and getting head from housewives so they don't have to get in trouble over a speeding ticket, which is rape as well. They just don't get reported because people think my word verse a cop I'm stupid to pursue that ill just walk it off and Deal with it. Who knows what shit that guy did either way its illegal and dangerous as fuck. We start to grandfather niggas in for playing cop sneakily enough were gonna open doors for real bad shit to happen because people are gonna be like man if I would have just not raped that one girl that told on me out of the 14 I really raped I would've hit ten years as false NOPD officer and I woulda been grandfathered in on some playa shit. But nah baby... nah these niggas got me onna rape... damn. @@ThaKidd1006 Tbh I have no idea what your point is. You went from saying that impersonating a cop is still a crime to we got cops raping prostitutes and housewives in some part of the world, and how there’s no room for people acting like vigilantes. Let me tell you something: Not a lot of people want law and order in this country. You don’t realize it until you see people lose their mind over some small catastrophe and taking it to the streets. People need cops, absolutely, but these days man, this guy isn’t wrong. There are a lot of cops in my opinion that shouldn’t be cops, and while there are a handful of great ones, there aren’t many, and sometimes people take matters like that into their own hands. I didn’t have much interest in the video to figure out WHY the guy decided to impersonate an agent, but because it appears the guy didn’t do anything too terrible while he was impersonating, but I wouldn’t know if he did.
