Some time ago I tried to do it with an ENB 28M candle, but never accompany the body as you comment. It is possible to make a Misty Landing with a candle EN B (not acro). Thank you

I only made half a helico landing, but after seeing the video I realized where I was wrong. Now I'm succeeding almost every time.

What's a good wing to do this on? I find my hB Rise3 wingtips don't fly enough to spin it effectively... And my enC perhaps too much AR...

Easy to do wings: acrowings, miniwings, speedwings. Possible on all wings depends if you got the technique down!

It's a size 19, it's possible to learn on a big wing but definitely more dificult

I really like your videos. Very instructional and cool music. It's amazing how quickly your wife is learning from the expert! I started last year to learn Waggas in Namibia and South Africa, but I do it on my own and would love to have a mentor or instructor. It would be great if you could setup a Waggas camp / training one day. I'd fly all the way from South Africa! Can you please help people like me who just started flying dunes and post some more videos with tips and tricks for Waggas, specially around safety? Thanks Max

Max - thank you very much for the detailed explanation. Would you be able to record the videos in 720p (120fps) and show in very slow motion (you will be able to decrease the speed 4x if 120fps) so we can see the steps you have mentioned - perhaps dividing the video in the three parts ? just an idea...keep up the good work!! ll All the best

Is there a time when you would need to use this in your common everyday flying? I have seen some videos with guys using it to land side hill, or top when there is a bit of wind.

good question! well, the only practical uses I can think of would be to turn the wing upside down to clean it or in strong wind to turn the wing upside down so that it doesn´t inflate accidentally...

Ian Brookwell by rotating your body you will force the wing to finnish the rotation... It's like if you were pulling the wing with your hips

very good explained, will try this as soon as i get my hands on a suitably glider. On a dhv 1 or 1-2 this doesn't really seem to work or i don't do some mistake that i can't see.

Cheers. I fly ENC, but use my old ENB for groundhandling. I think if I can get it right on this wing, I should be able to do it on any wing ;) Sometimes it's good to start where it's difficult

Could have explained the weight shift better ... Do I need to lean against the high wing to give it energy or .. do I need to lean against the low wing to keep it inflated ? Nice trick though and one to experiment with, cheers :)

freezatron there is a positive and a negative spinning side. Your weight is at the same side you are stalling, and centered while spinning

Just like any weight shift turn, your weight is on the side you brake so it will bite the airflow

Hruaitea Ralte as I said before it is more difficult on a EN-A, EN-B wing, it will be easier on smaller wings like a speedwing, miniwing or small acro wings...
