Yes mate that red plant must have something that red birds like I did see goldfinch, linnets and a exotic invasive species similar to zebra Finches eating that seeds in the wild ,try evening primrose seeds and stinging nettles for goldfinch and siskins

Hi John, I’d definitely recommend catching him and checking where they should be growing. Sometimes they can’t I grow causing a feather cyst so the feathers won’t appear to be growing
